The self-propelled floating crane of Project 771 was designed for lifting operations,
fitting of chains and anchors of the floating berths, and also for loading on
warships and submarines of various weapons and cargo. Floating cranes of this
project served on the Northern Fleet and the Black Sea Fleet of the USSR and later
- the Russian Federation. In total, 6 harbor self-propelled floating cranes of
this type were built for the Navy. Self-Propelled Floating Crane PK-12050
was laid down 12 April 1960 at the Sevmorzavod, Sevastopol (yard No.5), launched
30 July 1960, commissioned 28 December 1961. On April 2021 the self-propelled
floating frane PK-12050 was excluded from the lists of the Black Sea Fleet. Specifications |
