equipment in areas remote from the main points of deployment. They have machinery
equipment and lifting devices. Floating Workshop PM-56 laid down 08 March
1973 at the Stocznia Szczecinska im. A. Warskiego Shipyard, Szczecin, Poland (yard
No.304/12), launched 16 June 1973, commissioned 23 November 1973 and was assigned
