A vessel of special construction ordered by the Navy of the USSR in Bulgaria.
The purpose of the vessel is the repair of ships and vessels, their weapons and
technical equipment in the harbour or unequipped area of the coast. It has crane
equipment and several workshops-compartments designed for electric and gas welding,
turning and forging and pressing of metal, as well as sections for the repair
of pipelines, fittings and electrical equipment. Non-Self-Propelled Floating
Workshop PMR-95 laid down at Burgas (Bulgaria), commissioned on 1987 (yard ¹700). Decommissioned
