The harbor
tug of Project 192 is intended for towing and berthing operations in harbor, off-harbour
and coastal areas, oil spill response activities, assisting operations in ports,
extinguishing of fires on floating and shore-based facilities, extinguishing of
fuel burning on water surface. Twelve tuugboats of this project served on all
fleets of the USSR and later - the Russian Federation. Harbor tug RB-136
laid down at the Tito Shipyard (Belgrade, Yugoslavia), commissioned in 1984.
