The
vessel of this project is intended for bunkering of ships with different types
of fuel (using washable separate cargo tanks, which allows you to simultaneously
carry various types of liquid cargo and, if necessary, replace them in the shortest
time), collect oil-containing, waste, bilge water from ships and floating objects,
collect from vessels of solid garbage and food waste, transportation and staging
of buoys, maintenance of floating navigation aids, liquidation of emergency oil
spills, transportation of goods. The vessel is built by the Pella Shipyard in
order of Russian Navy for the Black Sea Fleet.

11 January 2014, commissioned 27 November 2014 and was assigned to the Black Sea
