These
boats belong to the series of communication boats and Coast Guard boats of the
Project 14670, code "Gurzuf". This project was developed as a harbour
boat based on the Coast Guard boat of the Project 1400, code "Grif".
Like the original project, it has a hull made of light aluminum-magnesium alloy.

KSV-1754 laid down at Batumi Shipyard (yard No.908), commissioned on 30 September
