The
boat of this project is an modified version of the navy diving boat of Project
23040. The special purpose diving boat Grom was laid down at OJSC "Plant
Nizhny Novgorod Motor Ship" (yard No.1501), launched in 2020. After towing
by inland waterways on 30 November 2020, the boat arrived in Sevastopol (Crimea)
for passing shipyard and state tests. The boat is planned to join the Black
